NEW TRENDS MAKE A BIG SPLASH

Technology has changed the face and workings of pools. Pools are now being built with alternative materials and high-tech equipment that are making them exotic and exciting.

The custom designing of personal pools has led to a dazzling array of options, finishes and settings. Ross Orr, the owner and designer of Poolmaker’s of Tampa Bay, states that it is as important to know the style and character of the homeowner as it is to know the budget, use and setting that the client has in mind. Ross has overcome the problem of limited space with his patented Japoolzi. He has dug some of these by hand, in spaces only seven feet wide, since machinery would not be able to get into such a small area.

The remodeling of homes, rather than moving, has encouraged many people to use their pool as a showcase, recreating a more attractive environment by resurfacing, or even altering shape and size.

Use your imagination and enjoy the benefits and pleasures of having a pool to be proud of.

The pool is state of the art, with hand held remote controls, glass block waterfall, a stain resistant spray decking and even a built-into-the-floor pool cleaning system.
